Power Lifting Projects
At E2E, we applaud all those who help us lift as well as those who are lifted through meaningful initiatives that inspire growth and connection. Our commitment to education, empowerment, and engagement drives us to create programs focused on lifting up individuals and making a lasting impact. Together, with our dedicated team and partners, we are building a brighter future—one initiative at a time.

Stories that Inspire, Projects that Empower
A Leader’s Dozen Workbook, created as a self-paced guide designed to empower individuals with practical strategies for personal and professional growth. It offers insightful exercises, and reflection prompts to help users develop essential leadership skills at their own pace. Whether you're an aspiring or seasoned leader, this workbook provides a structured approach to mastering the key principles of effective leadership. Available on Amazon.ca
Spanish Version
The Leader’s Dozen Handbook (Spanish Edition) is the same great book as the English edition but designed to empower Spanish-speaking individuals. It features insightful commentary from author Scott Collier, who is fluent in Spanish after his Rotary Exchange year to Mexico and Scott's long time friend, Martin Varela, who is originally from Chihuahua Mexico. Martin is also the Chairman of Migrant Worker Community Program (MWCP), serving 20,000 regional migrant workers with cultural events and extensive support services, including 32,000 covid vaccinations. This year Martin has been nominated for the King Charles III Coronation Medal. Available on Amazon.ca.

United Way Youth Leadership Program
The Grade 5 Leadership Program, implemented in 2025 by United Way, is an engaging and interactive initiative designed to empower young students with essential leadership skills. Through hands-on activities, team-building exercises, and real-world scenarios, students will learn valuable traits such as communication, teamwork, responsibility, and problem-solving. This program aims to inspire confidence and a sense of community in students, helping them become positive role models both in and out of the classroom. To learn more contact E2E!
Kingsville Community Centre
The empowerment of seniors project has been around for quite some time. Before E2E even existed; but it is worth sharing that E2E's Founder, Jodi, has made positive impacts on the lives of seniors through the teaching of technology. How to use a smart phone, how to take/send a picture, how to see their grandchildren on Facebook/Facetime. If you would like to help the centre empower our senior community just reach out to Kim DeYong at kim@kingsvillecentre.com
